If you are interested in starting a chapter of Spyder Ryder of America, there are a few things you need to do.
First, you need a minimum of 5 people in the group and 4 to serve as the board of the chapter as a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. This board will then create a set of bylaws that the chapter will operate by. We can provide sample bylaws to aid you in this. Feel free to edit them as much or as little as you wish. Very little needs to remain unchanged. Each chapter determines how strict or loose they want their organization to be as well as whether or not they wish to accept dues.
Unlike some other organizations, members do NOT need to be a member of SRA National to be a member of a chapter, but you DO need to be a member of a chapter to be a member of national.
